Rilheva peripheral does NOT go online (green led) or send data
- Has the connection of the Rilheva peripheral to the GSM network been verified?
It is first necessary to understand whether the Rilheva station is powered and under GSM coverage. To do this, try calling the phone number for the SIM card you entered (usually visible on the web in the station information). If the peripheral is in correct coverage, you should hear the free signal without any answer to the call. Otherwise, it means that the peripheral is not powered, or there is no GSM signal, or the antenna is disconnected, etc. It must therefore be verified with field intervention.
- What to do if Rilheva is reachable from a GSM call but doesn’t connect in GPRS?
In this case repeat the quick-start procedure. If the problem persists even after repeating the procedure contact technical support.
- The Rilheva station appears in ONLINE status (green LED) but no data is acquired, and the last sampling date/time is not updated: proceed with configuration alignment from the system configuration tab by clicking the “Force sync configuration” button. In case problems persist contact technical assistance.
The Rilheva portal is not accessible (page not found, page with errors, etc.)
- Is the user’s Internet connection working?
Check whether the user’s browser can browse other sites correctly, such as www.google.it. If not the problem is due to network anomalies of the user. Otherwise wait and try again after a few minutes. If the problem persists, contact technical assistance.
