04 – Technical characteristics and electrical wiring

The general technical characteristics that characterize the Rilheva-MQTT device are the following:

  • 8 current/voltage selectable 16-bit analog inputs (0-20mA/0-10V) (with common reference). Sampling >1Hz
  • 8 optoisolated digital inputs (with common reference) pulse count or time count. 1kHz sampling, 64-bit counters.
  • 3 relay outputs (non-exchange contacts).
  • RS-485 interface with MODBUS master protocol.
  • implemented protocol MODBUS RTU half duplex.
  • direct connection (without repeaters) of 32 different slave peripherals.
  • maximum management of 60 different slave peripherals (with repeaters).
  • handling of 300 Modbus tags in total (max 32-bit).
  • json data structure and MQTT data sending.
  • periodic sending of the acquired data.
  • handling threshold and offset alarms with sending.
  • management counts impulses and time counters.
  • Rilheva-MQTT firmware remote reprogramming using FTP servers.
  • output for auxiliary power supply 15V@200mA and 5V @200mA sensors for RS-485 bus.
  • device fully controlled remotely by GSM/GPRS/LTE data connection.
  • data-logger management of data acquired and not yet sent to the server.
  • hour maintaining without power supply.
