Error after adding Talk2M account to Rilheva

When I add my Talk2M credentials to Rilheva I get an error message.

The most commonly reported errors and their meaning are:

  • Status Code 401: Check the account name you entered, your username, and your password because they are likely incorrect.
  • Status Code 403: Check the account name you entered, your username, and your password because they are likely incorrect.
  • Status code 404: No Flexy found for that Talk2m account. If your Talk2m account only has one Flexy and Datamailbox has just been enabled, wait up to 1 hour for syncing.

My Flexy doesn’t appear on Rilheva

I completed the setup without errors but my Flexy does not appear among the implants in Rilheva.

If you just created your Talk2M account, it may take up to 4 hours to register.

I don’t see the new tags in Rilheva

Verify that the new tag has:

  • Historical logging enabled
  • belong to a TAG GROUP which is among those sent to Rilheva
